TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made on Atom Plastic. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms set out below.

2. Products
The characteristics of each product are described on the corresponding product page, which also includes any applicable safety warnings. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual products.

3. Prices and Taxes
Prices include VAT for orders delivered within the European Union. For non-EU shipments, VAT is automatically removed at checkout. Any taxes, duties or charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Payments
We accept payments by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For deliveries within Italy, cash-on-delivery is also available.

5. Orders and Availability
An order is confirmed once payment has been received. If a product becomes unavailable before shipment, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued.

6. Shipping and Delivery
In stock items are generally shipped within one business day from payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on the courier and the destination. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Packaging
All products are checked and carefully packed to avoid damage during transport. If we detect damaged packaging on items that cannot be immediately replaced, we will contact the customer before shipment and issue a refund if necessary.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for assistance. Once the condition of the returned products has been verified, a refund will be issued. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

9. Damaged or Defective Items and Shipping Errors
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours for assistance. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

10- Pre-orders and Ordered-on-Demand Items
Delivery dates shown on pre-order product pages are indicative only and may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not accept cancellations or returns for pre-ordered or ordered-on-demand items.

11. Privacy
The processing of personal data complies with current regulations and with our Privacy Policy.

12. Jurisdiction
For any dispute, the Court of Vicenza, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
