RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do our best to ensure that every order arrives on time and in good condition. If something goes wrong, here is how you can request a return or a refund.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days from the delivery of the parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal. Contact us for assistance. Items must be returned in perfect condition, complete with their original packaging and accessories. Once we receive and verify the return, you will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order. Return shipping costs are at your expense and will be deducted from the refund.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If the parcel shows visible damage at the time of delivery, remember to sign the receipt “subject to inspection” and contact us within 48 hours for assistance. This allows us to open a claim with the courier.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Depending on the case, we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Any return shipping costs will be covered by us.
DAMAGED PACKAGINGS
We know that packaging matters to collectors. For this reason, we carefully inspect all items before shipping and pack them securely to prevent damage during transport. If you receive a product with visibly damaged packaging, contact us for assistance. We will do our best to help you, even though manufacturers generally do not offer replacements or refunds for packaging issues.
EXCLUSIONS
We do not accept returns of products that are dirty, show signs of use, or have opened or damaged packaging, nor of personalised items, pre-ordered items, or items ordered on request.
