ORDERS, PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with credit and debit cards in the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay circuits, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For deliveries within Italy, we also accept cash on delivery.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, prices include VAT for all orders shipped within the European Union. For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT is automatically removed at checkout. In this case you may be required to pay local VAT, customs duties and handling fees upon delivery, depending on the regulations in the destination country.
I am a collector and want products in perfect condition. How do you pack orders?
With over twenty years of experience with collectors, we pack orders to withstand transport: we use double-wall boxes and add extra protection with bubble wrap, paper or cardboard.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually shipped within one business day after payment is confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If your address is not accepted at checkout, contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Can I modify or cancel an order after confirmation?
If the order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to apply the requested changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I combine two orders?
When we receive multiple orders placed close together and going to the same address, we do our best to combine them and refund any unnecessary shipping costs. Contact us if you need assistance.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
The tracking shows the parcel as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Check whether the parcel was left near your entrance, with a neighbor or at a concierge desk. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return a product I don't like or purchased by mistake?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. Contact us for assistance. Return shipping costs are at your expense and will be deducted from your refund.
I received a damaged or defective product. Can I return it?
Yes, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel to report the issue and receive assistance.
I did not receive one of the items I ordered/I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We prepare orders with great care, but mistakes can happen. Contact us to report the issue and we will assist you.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund using the same payment method used for the order. The credit may take a few days to appear on your card, depending on the processing times of your payment circuit.
PRODUCTS
Are the products in your catalogue original?
Yes. We only sell original products in their original packaging, purchased directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors.
Will sold out products be restocked?
It depends on the item. Some products, such as Funko POP! figures or standard releases, may become available again. Limited editions, however, are rarely restocked after their release. Contact us if you need information about a specific product.
I'm looking for a toy I can't find on your website. Can you source it?
We work with suppliers in Europe, China, Japan and the US, giving us access to thousands of products. Contact us and we gladly check availability for you.
What does "random assortment" mean?
If a product comes in different variants and the description states that the assortment is random, we cannot guarantee which variant you will receive. This applies mainly to blind boxes, which we ship sealed.
Can I choose the variant or character of a random assortment product?
No, unless the product is explicitly sold as an open blind box.
Are the boxes in perfect condition?
We carefully inspect packaging before shipment. If we notice visible defects on items we cannot replace, we will contact you before shipping.
What does "damaged box" mean?
It is a label we use for products that are in perfect condition but have damaged packaging.
Are your products suitable for children?
Most of our items are intended for adult collectors and not as toys for children under 14. Please check the product page for specific warnings.
Do your products carry the CE mark?
Only some products bear the CE mark. Please check the product page for specific warnings.
PRE-ORDERS
How do pre-orders work?
You can purchase an item in advance, and it will be shipped once it becomes available. The date shown on the product page is indicative and may change due to production or import delays that are outside our control.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
No. We do not accept cancellations or returns of pre-ordered items or items ordered on demand.
Can I include both in stock and incoming items in the same order?
Yes, but the order will be shipped only when all items will be available. If you want separate shipments, please place separate orders.
INVOICES
Can you issue an invoice for my order?
Yes, we can issue invoices for orders placed on our online store. Please enter in the order notes all invoicing details (name or company name, registered address, tax code and VAT number), or contact us immediately after placing your order.
Can I request an invoice after placing the order?
Yes, as long as the request is made before the end of the accounting month.
Can I modify the invoicing details after placing the order?
We can update your details only if the invoice has not yet been issued. Please contact us as soon as possible.
