SHIPPING

Orders are usually prepared and handed over to the courier within one business day after payment confirmation. We ship throughout Italy and to the main European countries by FedEx, GLS, SDA, Poste Italiane, and their partners. All shipments are tracked, and the tracking number is provided when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

SHIPPING WITHIN ITALY

Delivery in Italy generally takes 1-2 business days from the time the parcel is handed over to the courier.. Shipping costs are € 7.00 for orders under € 100.00 and free for orders over this amount.

SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE

Deliveries within Europe usually take 2–6 business days from the time the parcel is handed over to the courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, with countries divided into three rate zones:

Europe 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary): € 15.00 for orders under € 250.00, free for orders over this amount;

Europe 2 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland): € 19.00 for orders under € 300.00, free for orders over this amount;

Europe 3 (Albania, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Iceland, Moldova, North Macedonia, Norway, Turkey): € 39.00 regardless of the order value.

SHIPPING TO UK

Deliveries to the United Kingdom usually take 3–6 business days from the time the parcel is handed over to the courier. Shipping costs are € 19.00 regardless of the order value.

Please note: due to post-Brexit regulations, we do not accept orders from private customers with a value lower than € 150.00.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At the moment, the store only accepts online orders with destinations within Europe, but we can provide custom quotes for worldwide shipping. Contact us for more information.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

PRE-ORDERS

Orders containing incoming products or items ordered on demand are shipped as soon as they become available. Delivery dates are indicative only and may be delayed due to production or import issues beyond our control.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If the parcel shows visible damage at the time of delivery, please sign the receipt "subject to inspection". Contact us within 48 hours and send us photos of the parcel and its contents. This allows us to open a claim with the courier and proceed with a replacement or a refund.
